According to the IPC Analysis, 43 districts equivalent to 48% of the population was minimally food insecure (IPC Phase 1) 35% of the population was classified in stressed food security conditions (IPC Phase 2), 13% in Crisis (IPC Phase 3) and 4% in Emergency (IPC Phase 4).
