IPC Special Reports and Snapshots

Type and Objective of Product

Technical Analysis Product

The IPC Special Reports and Snapshots are key information products resulting from IPC Globally-Led Analyses, coordinated by the IPC Global Support Unit. These analyses involve technical experts from the IPC Partnership who are well-versed in IPC protocols and possess a deep understanding of the local context. Typically conducted virtually, they use all available evidence to ensure accuracy. The findings are then presented in an IPC Special Brief and other relevant communication materials, which are published on the IPC website as per standard practice.

Ownership

The IPC Special Reports and Snapshots are collaboratively developed by country analysts in conjunction with the IPC GSU, using available data. The GSU oversees the development and finalization process to ensure consistency and credibility, while the Analysis Team and GSU jointly own the findings and content.
