This Month's Highlight of the ROSA Bulletin is the IPC which is presented as an innovative approach to qualify each food insecurity situation, determine its level of severity, identify causes and provide tools for decision-makers. The article also proposes some orientations to address key questions about the IPC development in terms of technical development, strategy and governance.
