This report is the result of the 10th cycle of IPC analysis conducted from 1 to 7 April 2015.Despite the onset of the lean season, the analysis showed a slight improvement of the food insecurity situation compared to the end of 2014, which allowed people access to their livelihood means and food: breeding, cash crops (cotton, coffee, citrus fruits), mining (diamonds and gold), hunting and fishing.

Main results:
The most vulnerable populations are those displaced, especially households in the bush about which very little information is available and the families who have lost their productive assets, which are less visible, but also vulnerable . According to the Commission's Movement of Population (CMP ), the number of IDPs has increased in the prefectures of Ouham , Nana Gribizi , Ouaka , Haute Kotto and Mbomou Haut. These displaced people have no access to their livelihoods.
